This is a personal experience I had a few days ago where I literally SAW reality being created.
I had to drop off some paperwork at the bank. It should have been super easy, run in and hand it to someone, then leave to be on with my happy day.
That didn’t happen. Instead, the bank rep that helped me ended up in a mass of confusion with the corporate office she had to contact. Over 1 hour later I could feel my frustration building.
Now I know I have a choice when feeling frustrated. I can consciously turn it down, OR turn it up – and as a QiGong Practitioner I’m aware I’m doing this.
The bank rep stepped away to check with someone and I decided to turn it up. I let the entire scenario build up until I was breathing out fumes of frustration, kind of hoping that she would work faster or try harder to appease me and get this wrapped up.
She came back in, sat down, and I could vividly tell she felt the difference in the air. Neither of us said a work as she picked up the papers I had, grabbed a pair of scissors, and with exaggerated movement ripped the staple out, flinging it somewhere. She stomped off angrily to make a copy of everything and I could hear things slamming around.
WOW, I HAD DONE THIS. I could see and feel the energy I had created – it was like a dark gray oppressive film in the surrounding space. I instantly understood this, and I also instantly decided to play and see if I could turn it back down as easily as I had turned it up.
I just made the decision to shift it, let the frustration go, and thought of the rep as another spirit playing human Earth games with me. My breathing softened, and so did the muscles around my Gall Bladder meridian.
She came back and I looked directly at her and said calmly and genuinely, “I appreciate what you are doing for me.” She abruptly softened in response.
I have never been so aware that my emotional energy was dramatically creating this interaction in real time, and it was teaching me!
After leaving the bank I had to run to the food store. Inside people kept getting in front of me going so slow, and also blocking the aisles. FASCINATING – I must still be carrying residual frustration in my energy field!
As soon as I realized that, I made the intention to clear it. I breathed in peace and happiness, noticed how awesomely fun it was to play with energy like this, and felt the exhilaration of having an INSIGHT. What an incredible day! And yes, the rest of it flowed like a cool breeze at the hot summer beach.
