Insight #2:  Transforming Negative Energy  (continued from Part 1)

The problem is still there.  I’m still thinking about it, quickly catching myself and changing my thoughts, and it hasn’t shifted yet.  What to do now?

I strongly sense that this is right here taking up a lot of my mental space and energy because I need to play with it more.  Figure it out by playing and see what happens.  OK!

I go back to my basics an apply them to myself.

Think of the situation – the problem:

  • Where in my body do I feel it?  Across my shoulders
  • What shape is it? Rectangular
  • Color?  Dark gray
  • Weight? Heavy, dense
  • Movement? Downward pull

THOUGHT FROM HIGHER SELF:  CHANGE MY PERSPECTIVE, LOOK AT IT FROM ANOTHER ANGLE, ANOTHER VIEWPOINT

I build the image of a golden Light orb in front of me.

Physically take the heavy gray bar out of my upper chest and place it in the golden orb.

It begins to turn and I see it change into a long brownish gray box (?)  Yes.

The box fills with colorful flowers – wow!!

I make it sunny, bright blue sky, a farm with a field that has an emu and 2 dogs happily chasing each other.  Laughter, sunshine, beautiful aroma, the colors, it’s so warm….

Make it bigger, brighter.  Even bigger, even brighter!

I feel INCREDIBLE!  FEEL this, feel happy, feel gratitude – YES!

I physically take the flower box out of the golden orb and put it back in my upper chest.

END MEDITATION – 7:00AM

After this, I physically and mentally felt different.  Lighter, happier, not so serious at all about it.  I didn’t need to think about it anymore, my mind felt clear and clean.

That same evening I got home from work and checked my e-mail.  A few hours earlier I was sent an email that the entire situation was perfectly and completely resolved, and better than I had imagined it!!

SO, did I do this?  Would it have happened anyway?  What about the timing?

I suppose in the world of 3D the events just took their natural course and the whole thing is a big coincidence.

But in the world of Energy, I feel like I got to play with reality and learn more about how to CREATE.  I feel filled with curiosity, excitement, and love for life!
